    • Orders with incorrect items (e.g., receiving spinach instead of  fenugreek) or missing products can be addressed with a replacement or refund.

    • Please report discrepancies within 24 hours of delivery.

  3. Unsatisfactory Quality

    • If the quality of the delivered organic vegetables does not meet your expectations due to reasons beyond natural variations (e.g., unexpected wilting or unusual defects), a refund or replacement will be offered.

  4. Delayed Deliveries
